I'll be in Chile from February-December 2010, volunteering in the WorldTeach DuocUC program. Not my first choice, but of course I'm doing it anyway. I don't know where I'll be, but I'm going to try and avoid Santiago, just because I find enormous cities a bit overwhelming, and Santiago has lots of smog.

Of course, this just modifies the process of the coming few months to include getting hours in an ESL classroom, getting another physical (which my insurance won't cover, and will verify I'm perfectly healthy, again), and doing lots of paperwork.
