I am pretty thoroughly sick with sinus nastiness; fool that I am, I managed to go traveling without any medicine, so I had to go buy 24-Hour Sudafed tonight. It's helping, but not enough; I just had to fight off a bloody nose, and my head has that nice icepick-through-the-forehead feeling.
